BOOKINGS WITH DEPOSIT:
a) The deposit will always be withheld, even in the event of cancellation;
b) in case of cancellation after the deadline of 72 hours before the check-in date for stays up to 3 days of accommodation, of 14 days before the check-in date for stays of more than 3 days of accommodation and in case of if you do not arrive at the hotel, Hotel Olimpia may request the balance of the entire amount of the reservation;
c) the Hotel will keep the room available for the first night only;
d) any booking, variation, cancellation and communication must be sent to Hotel Olimpia in writing by e-mail at
info@olimpiahotel.it and in writing by e-mail will be confirmed by Hotel Olimpia.
RESERVATIONS WITHOUT DEPOSIT
(GUARANTEED WITH CREDIT CARD):
a) For reservations guaranteed by credit card, the minimum cancellation term without penalty is 7 days before the check- in date;
b) in case of cancellation after 7 days before the check-in date, I authorize the charge with withdrawal of an amount equal to 1 day of overnight stay for bookings up to three days, and a maximum of 7 days of overnight stay for higher bookings (maximum applicable rate as per the price table);
c) the Hotel will keep the room available for the first night only;
d) any booking, variation, cancellation and communication must be sent to Hotel Olimpia in writing by e-mail at info@olimpiahotel.it and in writing by e-mail will be confirmed by Hotel Olimpia.
